History of formation
The Dak Lak Intelligent Operations Center (DakLakIOC) is a public service unit under the Department of Information and Communications of Dak Lak province, established under Decision No. 2344/QD-UBND dated September 30, 2020. The Center for Monitoring and Operation of Smart Cities is a public service unit under the Department of Information and Communications, with legal status, headquarters, seal, and separate account according to the provisions of law. The Center for Monitoring and Operation of Smart Cities is under the direct and comprehensive direction and management of the Department of Information and Communications in terms of expertise, techniques, operations, organization, human resources, operations, finance, and facilities; and is subject to the direction, guidance, inspection, and examination of expertise, techniques, and operations of competent state agencies.
